The children of today have been born with many gifts. They have come in a time where great evolution is taking place very rapidly. Their spirits have come with a mission to takes us to the next level of existence. This is what the great prophecies of many traditions have been talking about where the earth will experience a different frequency which some call it the great time of coming together. There have been two names given to the new generation that has been progressively growing after the year 2,000. The Indigo and Crystal children, these are stages of frequencies in evolution anyone can acquire through a spiritual path. The difference with children is that they are already being born with these frequencies.
The indigo are fiery spirited courageous warriors, who are here to pave the way for the NEW EARTH, breaking down systems and defining authority. They can clearly sense truth and integrity and they have no problem voicing it, especially when it is necessary. Some of these children are being labeled with AHD and ADD which most of the time are medicated causing them to loose their gifts.
When an indigo is allowed to express themselves and follow what their soul came here to do they become strong leaders.
The crystal children are born with a depth in their eyes, wide eyed, they are able to see right through your soul. They come with the energy of union, being forgiving and trying to find peace and compassion in situations. They also come with the gift of telepathy which means most have been known to take their time with the ability to speak. Some are being labeled autistic or with speech impediments because of their gift of communicating with their thoughts.
Indigo and Crystal children are natural healers, clairvoyant, and very much connected to energy and the unseen world.
We as adults and parents are here to support them on their path. I've seen family after family where parents who listen to the sensitivity of their children and connect at a soul level with them go through tremendous change and are brought to a spiritual path that allows them to understand their children and be open to the changes that are occurring in these times.
Our children are the driving force of evolution to be able to support this generation I would like to share with you three beginning steps:
First way is to LISTEN with your heart. This means truly taking their experience and situation as an individual and listening to the vibrations that are being sent to you as you are feeling where they are at and what it is the their soul needs. This is another type of listening that is not practiced so often which are indigos and crystals teach us about. It is listening from the heart not to only the words but to listen deeper. Often times, you will dream of what to do or will have a message sent to you either by intuition or a earthly or spiritual messenger, acknowledging and trusting what guidance you receive is essential to really knowing this deeper way of listening. Remember they are here to change limiting belief systems or any limitation so you have to stay open to the answer and guidance you are receiving as unfamiliar as it might seem to you.
Secondly, to make time for them to be in nature which seems to serve them in ways that are profound.
I remember my Indigo child at a stressful family time where great change was occurring in my marriage she developed a nervous tick making a facial expression that began to take over. She was also seven at the time going through a big metamorphosis stage in her development. All of this I felt was cause of this nervous tick.
I was preparing for a trip to Peru for my own healing. A voice inside said, take her with you.I listened and she came back after spending two weeks in the Sacred Valley without the nervous tick, peaceful, clear and more connected to energy and her spiritual path than ever.
The earth is vibrating with vital living energy when they are able to be embraced by this connection they become re-charged. You will see your enlighten child begin to share their wisdom with you just by the beautiful energy they are vibrating. This is why they also response so well to Natures Medicine like good nutrition and alternative medicine like homeopathic, herbs and chinese medicine.
This takes me to the third way we can support these highly evolved sensitive beings.
Recognizing their intuitive gifts and finding ways to support what they are sensing and seeing in a non physical realm which often times is very hard for parents especially if this is an unfamiliar territory. Having them experience art, yoga, energy medicine like Reiki, Healing the Light Body, Bodytalk, Cranial Sacral and intuitive games; also taking them to concerts where they feel the vibration of mantras or beautiful instruments. Remember they are wanting to be fed by high frequencies because they are fine tuning the frequency of so many around them like family, community, animals, and the whole Earth.
Healing the Light body
Healing the Light Body works on your luminous energy body also known as your electro magnetic field which connects to all of your chakras~energy centers that control your emotions, glandular system, nervous system and what you attract to your life. It is also known that the chakras hold the energetic information of genetic make up and karma. We begin healing by playing and then depending on age I will introduce the healing to them by presenting my crystals and instruments like flute, rattel, and bells. They will lay down or while still playing receive a clearing in their chakras and any other energetic assistance I'm being guided to do at the time. It is very common that I will also see mother or father in a different session. This does not happen all the time but I do find it important to mention since children are so connected energetically to their mother or father it is important when needed to address all for true healing to occur, especially when the parents are the foundation of a child's world.
